Delivery & returns
Delivery times are subject to seasonal freight demands and currently COVID related freight disruptions.
✔︎ We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries, and deliver to Australia and New Zealand. You can expect your parcel within 2-14 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. For New Zealand we offer express shipping which is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to use an alternate shipping partner if we deem it to be in customers best interest. We will use different services where for example Australia Post is experiencing lengthy delays and we believe we can expedite your delivery using an alternate service.
You will receive an email notifying you of shipping progress.
When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Australia Post will also send you a follow up email that says your delivery is on it way. Scan events on your tracking ca take up to 24 hours so please be patient and let us know after the 24 hour period if your tracking does not update
If the item has a specified "sent" date beside it in brackets this means the item is a pre-sale purchase and you will receive that item in 2 - 14 business days from this "sent" date. Please note that while we send your order out as a whole, 4 Hoodies is the maximum amount that we can pack together. We cannot guarantee that all orders if in separate packages will arrive on same day but they should be right behind your first arrival.
If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with Australia Post. We guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. Australia Post may contact you offering safe drop - if you accept this we do not take responsibility for the package.
Do you have a returns policy?
✔︎ Yes! We do offer a 30-day returns policy.
The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned vacuum sealed i the provided vacuum seal bag along with any product tags and cards received.
If your return item arrives without the bag or bow, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.
If you need to return your Hoodie please email our team at help@getzipped.com your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your product.
Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.
We will send you a return shipping label for free, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at a post office.
