DELIVERY
Your items will be shipped via Australia post within 72 hours of placing your order.
For multiple purchases, your order will be sent once all items are ready to be dispatched.
Please allow for 2 - 8 days to receive your item from date of dispatch.
Due to current Covid - 19 restrictions and labour shortages, this timeline can change without notice but we will do our best to keep you in the loop as soon as we are notified by Australia post of any expected delays.
You will receive a tracking notification as soon as the goods are picked up from your warehouse or relative distribution centre.
If the product is marked Pre Order, there will be an advertised date the item will be available to ship from. Please allow the 2 - 8 day delivery time frame from this date. (if there is no date, you can assume the product is in stock and ready to ship)
We require a signature on delivery, however due to current COVID-19 limitations this is at the sole discretion of the Australia Post’s delivery driver and they may leave your package in a safe place, or take it to your nearest post office if you are not home.
*Please note: We send via signature required post to ensure safe delivery - if you opt for ‘Authority To Leave’ yourself, we are not responsible for the package in the rare case it is missing or stolen.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept vacuum seal bags or vacuum seal pumps. If the item is broken, we will simply replace it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To confirm your eligibility for a refund upon return, please contact help@getzipped.com .
You may be asked to provided a few photos of the item.
There are certain situations where NO or only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@getzipped.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced or coupon discounted items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance or discontinued items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@getzipped.com and we will provide you instructions on how to return your item for exchange.
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This will be established when you contact us help@getzipped.com
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
